This e-Gift Card has been issued by Medibank Live Better. e-Gift Cards are single use only and accepted at all participating Amcal pharmacies (excludes Amcal online). Your e-Gift Card will expire if not activated within 3 months or if not used within 12 months of activation. Treat this e-Gift Card like cash as lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. Live Better Management Pty Ltd ACN 003 457 289 and Sigma Company Ltd accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or destruction of this voucher. It is up to the member to use the full value within a single transaction, within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the e-Gift Card expires.
